Sandwich cover for polystyrene 96-lowwell MTPs
- CR1596:- For 96-lowwell MTPs with holes in between the wells
- Holes with a 0.2mm diameter in a stainless steel foil
- Exchange of headspace air: 0.25 ml / minute
- Evaporation rate (30ºC, 50% humidity): 6 µl/well/day
The CR1596 is the standard sandwich cover used for stacked or non-stacked 96-lowwell MTPs.
Other characteristics of the covers:
- Can be stacked up to 4 high in our universal clamping systems, such as CR1801h
- The sandwich cover its function relies on the vertical force applied by a clamping system such as CR1801h
- Autoclavable and thus reusable many times
- The cover has a blue and green filter to prevent airborne contamination
- The 3m thick silicon layer is made from very durable rubber, which is free of any animal product
