Polystyrene greyish-white square 24-deepwell microplates with a transparent bottom
- CR1424dg:- 24-deepwell microplates made of pure (no additives used) polystyrene
- Recommended culture volume of 2.5ml
- Sterilised by gamma irradiation
- Has a transparant bottom and thus suitable for use in the Growth Profiler
The CR1424dg plate is the standard 24 well plate to be used in the growth profiler and is lightish grey to prevent cross-talk between wells, ensuring the most accurate measurements. even at lower ODs.
Other characteristics of the plates:
- Single use (non-autoclavable)
- Square wells of 17x17 mm, 40 mm deep
- Volume per well: 11 ml
- Typical shaking conditions: 225 rpm/50 mm, or 300 rpm/25 mm
- Packed in boxes of 8, individually wrapped/sealed in polyethylene foil
